The location and features of the apartment have offered me a lot during the years that I have lived here.
I have enjoyed being within walking distance or a short bike ride from so many facilities. Apart from the good selection of shops in the neighbourhood and the greenery of the Genneper Park so close by, I really like that with 20 to 30 minutes of cycling you can access some inviting nature areas in the region. Also, with the Health Center a few hundred meters away and the High Tech Campus in the area, there is a lot of convenience that comes with living here.
A noticeable aspect of the apartment is the amount of light that fills the kitchen and living areas. With how the property is oriented, you get to appreciate the sunrise and early morning light while preparing breakfast. And then the late morning, afternoon, and evening light will fill the lounge for many hours, especially during the long summer days. Certainly something my cat adores!
Being a two-becroom property has proved super handy, as the second bedroom also serves as my office area to cater for homeworking. And I like having a separate utility room, and it is a good size too to store a lot of items. And mentioning size, what also struck me when I first viewed the property was the generous proportions of the balcony and the space available in the shed.
