We are an expat couple who have lived in this home for the past five years together with our cat.
From the moment we stepped inside during the first viewing, we knew it was our dream home. Since then, we have created countless happy memories here.
The peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by nature, truly feels like a retreat. One of our favorite places is the garden, which offers complete privacy and a beautiful view of a graceful weeping willow. Inside, the kitchen and living room are finished with elegant marble flooring that brightens the space and is wonderfully easy to maintain. Over the years, we’ve welcomed family and friends from around the world, filling the house with laughter, dinners, and cozy weekends. Our guests stayed in the attic bedroom, which features a warm wooden floor and a wide dormer window offering an unobstructed view of the canal behind the house.
The house is ideally located in the R neighborhood of Reeshof, offering quick access to the highway, with Breda, Eindhoven, and Den Bosch all reachable in about 30 minutes. The nearby NS train station offers free P+R with lots of parking spaces, making commuting with public transport even more convenient. Daily essentials are just minutes away, with a supermarket and drugstore only a 2-minute drive from the house.
This house has truly been a place of comfort and joy for us. We hope the next owners will feel the same magic we did when we first walked into the house.
